Senior Pastor, Craig White

Pastor Craig White is an original “Westsider” and graduated from Ben Davis High School. For twelve years prior to coming to Avon for the purpose of starting Crossroads, he and Rachelle pioneered another church in Munster, Indiana, just outside of Chicago. Craig is a graduate of Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.

Duties at Crossroads: As Senior Pastor, Craig provides the vision, leadership, and direction for the church as a whole. He is also the main teacher on Sundays (which he loves) and oversees the church staff.

Family: Rachelle and Craig were a true “love at first sight” story and have been married for more than 20 years. They have one daughter, Alexis (11), who keeps them on their toes.

Hope and Vision for Crossroads: “God has already done some amazing and wonderful things through Crossroads and I know it is just the beginning of all He has in mind. My desire is for Crossroads to be the kind of church that anyone can come to and feel loved, accepted and inspired to live life the way God intended…to the full!”

 

 

Administrator, Larry White

Larry is an Indianapolis westside native who spent his formative years at Lakeview Christian Center. After Ben Davis High School and IUPUI, his 30+ years of business and organizational experience includes management, advertising, real estate, church administration, and ministry. He served ten years on the pastoral staff of Lakeview Christian Center with ministry responsibilities for married couples, pre-marital training, small group ministry, and discipleship. He also served in the business, office, and facility management at Lakeview. Larry also served two years as business manager at Bell Shoals Baptist Church, in Brandon, Florida.



Duties at Crossroads: As Administrator, Larry is responsible for developing and overseeing church operations, finances, facilities, training, and a variety of ministries.


Family: Larry and his wife have three children Matthew (28), Christian (26), and Ali (21), also their daughter-in-law Tiffany and son-in-law Jon Gerber. And last but definitely not least, Matt and Tiffany’s three children; Dillan, Jaylin, and Jaden.

Favorite Verse: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

Favorite Stuff: Cooking new recipes and trying them out on unsuspecting guests
Fishing, watching soccer, cheering for the Pacers and Colts
Spending time with family and friends
All kinds of music, especially Zydeco!
Watching good movies.

Youth Pastor, Matt Couch

Matt was raised in Clarksville, Indiana.  At the age of 18 Matt began serving as the youth pastor at his home church, Calvary Christian Church in Sellersburg, Indiana and attended Cincinnati Bible College.  In 2001, he became youth pastor at First Christian Church in El Centro, California, serving for 7 years and ministering to hundreds of students from the area.

Duties at Crossroads: As the youth pastor, Matt provides the vision, leadership, and direction for the student ministry.


Family
: Matt and Brooke were married in June, 2005 and were blessed with Lillian Grace on June 1st, 2008.

Favorite Stuff: P. F. Chang’s spicy chicken, being with Brooke and Lilly, weight lifting, playing basketball, & collecting autographs

Hope and Vision for our Students: That our students love the Lord with all of their heart, soul, and mind and every day, they go deeper in their faith. That our students would make Christ the absolute center of their lives and that everything they do flows out of that.
